SMS Terms & Opt-In

These terms describe IntelliSpot text messaging, operated by AOJO. Text messaging is optional; you can always sign in with an emailed code instead.

Program

• Program name: IntelliSpot Account Alerts
• Messages you will receive: one-time sign-in verification codes and account notices you request (for example, a Team invitation you asked to receive by text). No marketing messages.
• Message frequency: varies; typically one message each time you request a sign-in code.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. IntelliSpot does not charge for messages.

How you opt in

On the IntelliSpot sign-in page or in your account settings, you choose to receive codes by text, enter your mobile number, and check an unchecked box that reads: "I agree to receive account and sign-in text messages from IntelliSpot at this number. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. See SMS Terms and Privacy Policy." Opting in is never required to use IntelliSpot.

Sample message: "IntelliSpot: 482913 is your sign-in code. It expires in 10 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

Opt out and help

• Reply STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE) to any message to stop texts. You'll receive one confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again.
• Reply HELP for help, or email support@intellispot.xyz.

Carriers

Supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We use your number only to send the messages above. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See the Privacy Policy.
